Information pursuant to and by effect of Articles 13, 23 and 26 of Legislative Decree No. 196/03 (Code regarding the protection of personal data) This is to inform you that for the establishment and execution of business relationships with you, our Company is in possession of data referred to you, acquired verbally, directly or through third parties, qualified as personal by Legislative Decree. 196/03. 1. Purposes and Methods of data Processing

The collection and processing of data relating to you, are made in order to allow this Company to conduct activities related to: legal Obligations, such as invoices, obligatory accounting records, etc ..; Contractual obligations such as, consulting and software support, technical assistance, etc ..; Other purposes, such as, sending information and promotional material of the Company, assessing level of satisfaction, statistical analysis, etc. The data will be processed primarily with electronic instruments and computer and stored both on paper and on any other kind of suitable support, with consultation purposes, processing, interconnection, distribution and communication, subject to the minimum security measures, under the Technical Regulations on minimum security measures, in accordance with Annex B of the Legislative Decree. 196/03.


2. Nature of data collection and consequences of failure to provide it

We emphasize that the data processing for the purposes mentioned above is required in order to meet the obligations under the contract and is essential for the purpose of regular law and fiscal fulfilment and therefore the refusal to provide such data in whole or in part, may make it impossible for the Company to continue the contractual relationship.

In providing web services by Land cookies are not used to transmit information of a personal nature, nor so-called persistent cookies of any kind are used, or systems for tracking users.

Legislative Decree 196/03 – Rights of the person concerned.
Art. 7. Right of access to personal data and other rights.
1. The person concerned has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and its communication in intelligible form;

2. The person concerned has the right to obtain information on:

a) the source of the personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of processing;
c) the logic applied in the case of processing carried out by electronic means;
d) the details identifying the Data Controller, the Data Supervisors and the Data Coordinator designated pursuant to Art. 5, paragraph 2;
e) the parties or categories of parties to whom the personal data may be communicated, or who may gain knowledge thereof in their capacity as representatives designated within the country, data supervisors or processors.


3. The person concerned has the right to obtain:

a) the updating, amendment, or, where necessary, the supplementing of data;
b) the deletion, transformation into an anonymous format, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data that does not need to be retained for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed;
c) confirmation that those to whom the data was communicated or disclosed have been notified about the operations referred to in points (a) and (b), including their content, unless the fulfilment thereof proves impossible or involves the use of means that are clearly disproportionate in relation to the right being protected.

4. The person concerned has the right to object, partly or fully:

a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of his personal data, even though relevant to the purpose it was collected for;
b) to the processing of his personal data for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales, or for conducting market research or commercial communications.
