ISO 27001 - Safety

LAND applies an Information Security Management System in compliance with the requirements of ISO / IEC 27001: 2013, with reference to the following purpose:

The information security management system for the design and provision of data center services identified in the activities of Digital Preservation, Document Securization and Application of Electronic Signature / Electronic Seal Technologies also with Electronic Mark, in accordance with the declaration of applicability version 1.5 of February 14, 2017.

LAND on this page intends to insert everything necessary for the correct definition of the requirements in the field.

LAND SECURITY POLICY

The security policy is focused on the protection from internal, external, deliberate or accidental threats of the information kept, also on behalf of third parties, in our CED02 (which provides Cloud services to the outside).

The company management has approved the "Information security policy".

The information security policy ensures:

• protection against any unauthorized access;

• the confidentiality of information;

• the integrity of the information;

• the availability of information for work processes;

• full legislative and regulatory compliance;

• maintenance and control of the operational continuity plan (business continuity and disaster recovery);

• the availability, for all personnel, of an adequate continuous training plan regarding information security;

• that all ascertained or suspected violations concerning IT security are reported to the IT Security Processes Manager (27001: RPSI) who, after examining them, will report them to the competent authorities (Carabinieri or Postal Police).

There are adequate procedures to support the "Information Security Policy", which include virus protection measures (Malware, Virus, Spyware, Keylogger, Trojan Horse, Adware, Scareware / Rogue, Ransomware, Worm, Rootkit / Bootkit, etc. ), password security and business continuity and disaster recovery plans. The procedures are indicated, as required by current privacy legislation, in the appropriate documentation.

The Information Security Process Manager is responsible for maintaining the "Information Security Policy" and provides advice and support to the personnel involved during its implementation.
