Main features

Few people know that when you digitally sign a document you are obliged to comply with procedures that make the document valid over time, otherwise the risk is that the digitally signed document, after a few months, will lose its legal validity.

LAND, thanks to a compendium of technologies now consolidated and also used by the Public Administration, allows you to approach the "Digital First" in a simple and immediate way.

In fact, thanks to HappySign you can sign your documents with Electronic Signature (simple, advanced or qualified) and you won't have to worry about anything.

When you press the signature button, our WebApp will take care for you to sign the document, mark it temporally, archive it according to the rules and will allow you to forward it to whoever you want in a safe, effective and immediate way.

HappySign uses the PAdES standard (PDF Advanced Electronic Signatures), this allows the Verification of Documents also through Acrobat Reader without having to download any additional software. Thanks to Adobe's PDF standard, with HappySign you can insert documents attached to the files themselves, create Dynamic Appearances with the name of the Approvers and Signatories (valid for the PLUS and PREMIUM plans).

HappySign can also be reached and viewed from SmartPhone or Tablet, what you do from the web you can do on the move in a simple and effective way.

Each Document can be equipped with a Time Stamp and can be used to prove the exact day (Certain Date) on which it was created. Documents generated with the Time Stamp extend the validity of the document to 20 years from its issue.

All the documentation issued is compliant with the European Regulation eIDAS (electronic IDentification Authentication and Signature - EU Regulation No. 910/2014 on digital identity). Therefore, this documentation can be used throughout Europe without any problems.

They mean the same thing but HappySign is the only Signature Book that uses this technology and allows you to create Digital Documentation that can be printed while maintaining the digital trust. In fact, you can create certifications that can be delivered to users in paper format and that the user himself can bring back to the Original digital format with a simple scan.

If the document is printed you can review the signed document online, just frame the Secure QR Code (our QR Codes are not normal QR Codes but are cryptographic envelopes encrypted first at 384 bit and then at 2.048 bit) using our Honos App (free) and you can check the veracity of the document in your possession.
